Quick Tip: Customizing Dashboards

If you’d like to clean up your My Dashboard menu so it only shows the dashboards you actually use, you can easily hide individual dashboard items.

Steps to Remove a Dashboard from View

  1. Go to My Dashboard.

  2. Within any dashboard section, click the gear icon to open Dashboard Settings.

  3. In the top-left corner, you’ll see the name of the current dashboard item
    (for this example, Maintenance Inventory).

  4. Use the navigation arrows in the top-right corner of the window to navigate to the Maintenance Inventory dashboard settings.

  5. Near the top-left of the menu (above “Display All”), locate the Yes/No toggle.

  6. Switch the toggle from Yes to No to hide this dashboard.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Exit the settings window to return to the main dashboard.

Result

  • Once set to No, the Maintenance Inventory dashboard will no longer appear in the main My Dashboard view.

This allows you to keep your dashboard clean and focused on what’s most relevant to you.
