The Report Favorites section on the dashboard gives you quick, interactive access to the reports you use most—without rebuilding filters every time.
Enhanced Reports

When you open an Enhanced Report, a dynamic filter appears

Filter options vary by report (Date, Asset ID, Task ID, Asset Type, Location, Staff, etc.)

You can choose summary vs. detail views, sorting options, and special report settings

Leave all fields blank to return all records

Use Clear Filter to reset selections
Saving Reports to Favorites

After defining your filter criteria, click Save Criteria

Enter a name and description

The report is now saved and appears in Report Favorites on your dashboard
Example
Filter the Asset Listing Report to show only active, fire-related assets by adding multiple criteria rows and saving the result as a favorite.

Includes legacy and custom reports from earlier FaciliWorks versions
