By default, your dashboard shows PMs and CMs assigned to you. But what if you need visibility into open PMs and CMs assigned to other personnel? You can accomplish this by creating a custom filter.
No worries at all — great question! PMs are Preventive Maintenance (scheduled work to keep things running smoothly), and CMs are Corrective Maintenance (work done to fix an issue once something breaks or needs attention). PMs and CMs are used in both FaciliWorks 8i and FaciliWorks Essentials to manage maintenance work.
Since you’re using GAGEtrak, it’s also important to note that GAGEtrak itself does not use PMs or CMs. GAGEtrak focuses specifically on gage and calibration management.

This works great for non-calibration events, like pre-calibration checks, 6-month inspections, or 90-day maintenance tasks.
