How do i setup email notifications in gauge track pro

i want to setup automatic email notifications but i dont know how

To set up email notifications, open the Configuration menu. Navigate to Notifications and click to open it. A new window will appear displaying three options: Email Events, Email Reports, and Auto Cal Dues.

Select the option for which you would like to create a notification.
Click the + button to add a new notification.
Enter an Action Name, then click OK.

Under View Settings, use the drop-down menus to select the appropriate options. For Auto Cal Dues, you may also choose to send the report as an attachment.

In the Email section, enter the recipient email addresses in the To and CC fields. Add a subject line and compose the message body for the email.

In the Schedule drop-down menu, configure the notification’s repeat settings by selecting weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence, and specify the time the email should be sent.Verify Email Settings
Before configuring notifications, ensure email is enabled. Click the caliper icon in the top-left corner, confirm you are in Application Settings, select the @ Email Settings option, and verify that Enable Email is checked. (You may need assistance from your IT team.)

  • Open Notifications Configuration
From the GAGEtrak main screen, open the Configuration menu (bottom-left), then select Notifications. In the Notification Manager, scroll down and open Auto Cal Due.

  • Create a New Schedule
Click the + icon to create a new record. Enter a descriptive name (for example, Friday Schedule) to help identify it later.

  • Define Report Settings
The View Name is automatically set to Calibrations Due. For Email reports in the View name select the category you wish to send( service request, R&R, Audit trial, ETC…) Select a View Settings Name (Default or a custom view/filter). Choose Send Options if you want the report sent as an attachment and select the file format.

  • Configure Email Details
Expand the Email section, enter recipient addresses in To and CC, and add a subject and message.

  • Set the Schedule
Expand the Schedule section, set the Last Done date (typically today), choose a Schedule Type (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), specify the send time, and click Calculate to generate the next send date. Save your changes.

I have setup email notifications following these steps under the Auto Cal Dues tab but have run into the issue where multiple emails are being sent out.

With over 40 departments at our facility we have paused the schedule so that spam emails are not being send out. We have resorted to manually sending out emails every Monday using the “Send Now” button, which does not send out multiple emails.

Has anyone else come across this issue or know a possible solution for it?
