Auto Cal Dues Issues

I have been sending recall notifications for assets out on the floor for months and have run into multiple recurring issues. The first issue was that after setting up the email reminder and putting it on a schedule, multiple emails saying the same thing were being sent out. (See the bottom of Forum post How do i setup email notifications in gauge track pro for elaboration of the issue). There was a work around pausing the schedules and manually sending out emails one at a time, which is cumbersome since there over 40 departments at our facility but we were still able to send email reminders with pdf attachments.

As of today we see that when manually sending out emails, there are no longer attachments nor the message being sent out. Our lab has tried on different computers but both send out a blank message. We have been using GAGEtrak since the 8.8.2 Pro version and were getting multiple messages problem since the beginning. We now have the 8.8.4 update and can no longer notify departments of their due assets.

Has anyone else run into these issues or know a way to fix them?

It would appear that the support team at CyberMetrics is working on this with you, I just wanted to confirm that they are still working with you on a resolution for this issue?

Yes, the support team has contacted me requesting the .bak backup and .db3 database files to try and replicate the issue on their server. Since our facility has a client-server site, we do not have a local file to send for testing. Our IT is working on getting the backup to me, so that support can look into the issue further.
