Hello, I recently took over my companies’ inspection department and was auditing all our tooling when I noticed that some of the descriptions my predecessor used where misspelled. Is there a way to remove them?

Yes there absolutely is a way to remove or modify those listings to get the correct spelling in there. You will want to head to the settings (Configuration menu in the bottom left hand corner of GAGEtrak, then settings on the left side), then go to the blue “List Management” tab.
From there, you will want to select “Location” from the drop down menu to populate the box below with all the locations saved for your system. I don’t recommend removing the items as if they’re used on a record, removing the item will prompt you to either choose an item from the list to swap it out with, or blank that area of the record out. I recommend just double clicking on the name of the misspelled item in the box, then correcting the spelling of that item from the box rather than removing the item and adding a new one.
