Is it possible in Gagetrak Pro to have the test points inputs mandatory and for certain instruments ? Conversely, for external calibrations, to have some reminder to attach the certificate into Gagetrak?

I [ LPB7 ] am not fully understanding the question, BUT:
CALPro Calibration Procedures has mandatory percentage, number count, and ranges for certain tools instruments calibration procedures. To put mandatory field on the data entry report, defeat the purpose of calibration theory tolerance for your company or any calibration department. I personally like GAGEtrak Pro just like it is. I like to see us be able to customize our calibration reports and calibration labels**.**

Yes it is possible to require measurements be filled in before you can complete a calibration, although this is a global setting and not a per tool setting. If you head to your settings page (Configuration menu in the bottom left hand corner of the application, then settings on the bottom), then the blue Calibration tab, you have the option to require measurements be inputted before a calibration can be completed.
For the second part, unfortunately there is not a way to require or remind a user to attach a document to a calibration before it can be completed. However, this might be a wonderful feature suggestion for our development team.
Yeah sorry, i was more talking about the results of the validation/calibrations being mandatory than the fields themselves. This was more to minimize empty records or missing calibration data.
