we purchased a label printer with our software upgrade, we have installed the printer (physically and drivers). the print is directly connected to the pc with the Gagetrak Lite application installed, everything is up to date as far as i am ware.
we choose a label for any gage, click print label, Gagetrak crashes. no matter what way we get to the label, every time we click print the application crashes. (it does not matter what type of label we choose, weve tried every one of them…)
