I have been using GAGEtrak for about 5 months now and with the update to the newer 8.8.4 version the techs have been running into a few more issues. The newest issue we have is when changing the Frequency Adjustment under Gages→ Schedules tab from “None” to “A1” the minimum and maximum intervals no longer appear.
On the previous version 8.8.2 that we had, the dates would show on a new section just under Hours and Frequency adjustment, allowing the adjustment of min and max intervals.
We were able to get around the Frequency Adjustment in the Gages tab by making a template that would have the A1 min and max intervals set for each asset attached to the template. When the template applied to each asset, it removed the “Last Schedule Date”, “Next Due” date, and “Last Done By” information applied to each asset attached to the template. This forced us to enter the information for hundreds of assets in by hand, or revert the server back to the last backup date which would lose calibrations for anything we had done after the template was applied. I DO NOT RECCOMEND.
We called and asked Cybermetrics about the issue of Frequency Adjustment issue but they assured us it was an issue with our serves and may be fixed with the next update in the future.
Has anyone else come across this or know a work around for this issue?
