Suggestion for the column selector and by default, a new column.
Template used or Template linked.
I recently revamped all the old templates from before my time, and created a bunch of new ones that didn’t exist. These were linked to their perspective gages so that future calibrations will follow a particular M.O.
Problem I have discovered, is that short of going from A-Z and opening every gage, I do not know which ones have a template attached, and which don’t. Now we are not a large company, so opening every gage would be a 650+ gage page search. But I could imagine if this was a 5000 man operation how many thousands of gages they have and would have to do this to.
If I could see what template is tacked on to a gage in the columns then I could easily see which ones still need to be linked or might need a template created. This would also go for the gages page. When you are looking at an individual gage, it would be nice if you could tell what template it’s associated with.
Also one other thing. I had sets of gage pins to do and noticed that a few of these sets had the incorrect ref standard attached. It’s not a big deal, may have happened in the transfer from an old software to this one. I can easily attach the correct one to every pin in the set in the [Edit test points] popup, however, I cannot mass delete the incorrect ref standards from that page. In order to unlink the incorrect ref standard I have to go to each test point (50-250 test points in each set) and go thru a more lengthy process to delete the standard. Could this be added in as well?
