Good morning!
Firstly, I wanted to welcome you to our user forum, we’re glad you’re here and participating.
On the service requests, from the Service Requests page of the Crib, if you click on the canned report button in the top right hand corner (this is the icon that looks like two piece of paper with a printer in front of it), you will see there is a “Service Request w/ Gages” report to run that will include a list of the gages.
The second part of your question has me a little confused, if you were asking where the total cost and service cost information from the report comes from, it is in the information of the service request page.
this is what I normally use to save the Service Request Letter, and then the letter includes this information below

At the end of the list of gages this is how it looks like; it doesn’t come with total number of gages in the report.
I didn’t use the Canned report because it takes a lot of waiting time. I am not sure how long before it shows up the Canned report.
You would be correct, it does not display the total number of tools within the service request letter. That information appears to only be available from the “Edit Gages” tab of the service request. This sounds like it would be an excellent feature suggestion though, adding the total number of gages from a service request to the default letter/report.
Yes, if they can improve the Service Report that would be great! Thank You!
One last thing, would it be okay for me to make this conversation a public post? I believe it would be beneficial to our users to be able to read about the Service Requests, with your permission.
Yes, that’s fine. Thank You!
