While watching the core lessons on the Gagetrak Lite videos, I found the one video has the screen goes blank (solid grey) multiple times (~16 times) during the video, even while the audio is explain the features or how to do a function. All other videos played just fine and are extremely helpful.
Times occurred (give or take a second or two) when starting the video at 0:00 time: 2:24-2:30, 2:49-2:55, 4:25-4:37, 5:25-6:00, 6:39-6:59, 7:27-7:51, 8:50-9:08, 10:37-10:50, 11:30-12:05, 12:55-13:26, 14:06-14:40, 15:52-15:56, 16:25-17:00, 17:40-18:04, 19:17-19:32 & lastly, time stamp 20:23- 20:30
I am not sure if it got corrupted or if it is supped to be like that (which would seem odd to me).

It does appear that this particular video has some corruption issues during playback, impacting the quality and resulting in the “grey spots.” In the short term, please skip this video, and we will let you know when it’s been re-coded and replaced with a fully integrated file, so it will be a better viewing experience. We appreciate the heads up!
Bob – the video in question has been recoded, output and replaced in the system, and should now be fully viewable without those “grey” areas indicating a loss of video. If you’re experiencing similar issues with playback in other videos in this series, please let us know here on the Forum.
