If you’d like to clean up your **My Dashboard** menu so it only shows the dashboards you actually use, you can easily hide individual dashboard items.

**Steps to Remove a Dashboard from View**

1. Go to **My Dashboard**.

2. Within any dashboard section, click the **gear icon** to open **Dashboard Settings**.

3. In the **top-left corner** , you’ll see the name of the current dashboard item
(for this example, **Maintenance Inventory** ).

4. Use the **navigation arrows** in the **top-right corner** of the window to navigate to the **Maintenance Inventory** dashboard settings.

5. Near the top-left of the menu (above **“Display All”** ), locate the **Yes/No toggle**.

6. Switch the toggle from **Yes** to **No** to hide this dashboard.

7. Click **Save**.

8. Exit the settings window to return to the main dashboard.

**Result**

- Once set to **No** , the **Maintenance Inventory** dashboard will no longer appear in the main **My Dashboard** view.

This allows you to keep your dashboard clean and focused on what’s most relevant to you.
