I would like to limit the names available in calibrations. In the calibration information tab there is a drop down for" Done By". I would like to limit that drop down to just a few calibration personnel. We have been filling the drop down up with people that get assigned to gage in the “Current Custodian” drop down. I would prefer to keep these two list separate. As there is currently only 2 calibration technicians we have several dozen custodians. ---

HI Jeremy, Currently, we use several third-party vendors to perform calibrations for us, and I have registered them in the " **custodians"**. Whenever a tool is calibrated by one of these vendors, I select their name from the **“Done by”** dropdown. For internal calibrations, I am the only person who performs them. I select **“AR”** in the **“Done by”** field as an abbreviation of my name so that the calibration sticker prints **“AR”** instead of my full name.
