Hi.

I want to sign the calibration certificates that I create, but whenever I click **“Sign,”** I get a pop-up message saying that I need to enable security before I can sign a calibration (see the screenshot below).

How do I enable security?

Thank you.

Hello Arivo,

To enable the security, firstly, you must go to the Security Module. That module is where you will setup users to sign in and give them permissions to use GAGEtrak. Once the sign in’s have been created and established, you can enable the signature level from your Custodians page.

If you need assistance with how to do this, I would like to recommend reaching out to our support team for a quick tutorial on the Security Module. You can reach them by email at [support@cybermetrics.com](mailto:support@cybermetrics.com) or by giving them a phone call at 480-212-1257 or Toll-free 1-800-777-7020.

Thank you, Drew. The problem has been solved. I was able to enable security and can now sign the calibration certificates.
