Thank you. Yes I did, I tried them both. Are those editable? They have more information on them than I need, and I would like to move some things around on them too.

The reports are not editable from the users end, we offer a service where we can customize the report to your liking for a paid fee though.

Well that stinks… One would think that since we bought the software we could put whatever we wanted on it, and what is relevant to us on the cert. Not information predetermined that we don’t need or use, or that cannot be changed by a tech when need be. I will make an excel spreadsheet to keep it simple for my customers and techs. Thank you.
